 Before I start with the titled topic, I want to share a little story with you.

This year at NIGERIA TOP EXECUTIVES 2015 AWARD in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction I became Top 2 Nationwide in Business Development due to my credibility in Estate Development and Management. This does not take me years to win the Award. It took only took me my knowledge, availability, intelligence, focus, persistence and understanding. I don’t know that I was nominated from the Company I partner with “PWAN HOMES LTD”. And I was voted to become TOP 2 to win the award. This is what you can achieve too. Once you are intelligent enough to deal with things that matters or does not matter, you must be the successful one in this Business, I am not up to tw0 (2) years in this Real Estate Consultancy Business but I have achieved a lot and stand so many people who are now boss on their own. HOW TO BECOME AN ESTATE AGENT?

 

There are two ways to become an Estate agent; by becoming a Registered State Agent and By Partnering with Estate Company(ies).

 

No 1.  BECOMING A REGISTERED STATE AGENT

You will go to the Land Registry of the state you reside or another and pick a form and fill; providing all information needed and submit with a fee Attached which is varied and will be renewing every year.

 

No 2. PARTNERING WITH ESTATE COMPANY(IES)

Attending some Estate Company Seminal and Register as the Company Independent Consultant or one of the Independent Business Developing Executives which I am. Operating from their office and marketing and selling of their properties. It will also give you time to run/sale other Estate Company’s Property.

 

In everything Smartness is the key of success. When you are working with more than one Estate Company you have to coordinate everything within yourself and make sure you close business with your clients. Be plain to your prospects/clients, tell them the truth and about yourself, the company that own the property, nature of the property, location, features and futures, and Nearness to. CLIENT:                     Please tell more about your Property: Oakwood Park Phase 2

CONSULTANT:        Oakwood Park Phase 2 is an Estate located in Eleronigbe behind the new International Airport. The lands are free from Government Acquisition and there is no omonile issue there. The Estate is Managing and developing by PWAN HOMES LTD. Each plot side is 675 sq maters which is a standard plot of 60ft by 20ft. The Title on that land is Excision with a gazette Processing File Number. Each plot is sold at N1,080,000  Outright. It also has Installment payment plan which is 12 months duration and every month you have to pay N100,000 which will sum up to N1,200,000 as an Installment Price. The entire land is dry and access road is motorable. And it has resident and commercial value. It also has a high return of investment. Have I giving the service sir?

 

This is the Major thing in Estate Business. Sometimes Buyers become so cruel to you, just calm down be patient with him/her answer every question he/she throw on you. if is the one you cannot answer tell him/her “Please I will call you back let me verify first”.
